Hibiscus Margarita

Perfect Hibiscus Margarita Recipe

1 1/2 oz Maestro Dobel tequila
3/4 oz Cointreau
1 oz Housemade sweet & sour mix
1/2 oz Hibiscus syrup
Cointreau lime foam to top glass

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Then shake and pour in glass and top with foam.
Garnish with lime

Sweet & Sour Mix
2 parts fresh squeezed lime juice
1 part Agave Nectar
2 parts water

Mix and keep refrigerated until use.

Cointreau lime foam
6 oz Cointreau
3 oz Fresh lime juice
3 oz water
3 egg whites

Lastly, combine ingredients in a whipped cream dispenser and follow manufactures instructions.
