This Ahi Tuna Poke is a perfect appetizer to wow your guests, whether you’re dining in or making it at home.

Follow the recipe below for a step-by-step description of how to assemble this beautiful, tasty dish.

Ingredients:

3 oz ahi tuna

½ oz ponzu sauce

¼ oz toasted sesame seeds 

½ diced avocado

2 oz diced mango

2 oz wakame seaweed salad 

1 oz wasabi aioli

1 oz sriracha chili sauce

1 ea fried rice paper black sesame

Directions:

Dice the Ahi tuna in 1/2” cubes and put in a mixing bowl.

Season the tuna with the ponzu sauce and sesame seeds.

To assemble on a plate, place the diced avocado then the diced mango and top with the marinated tuna.

Garnish the plate with wasabi aioli, sriracha sauce and seaweed salad.

Serve with crispy fried wontons, rice papers or tortilla chips.
