Here is an easy delicious Dungeness crab ceviche recipe for you to make at home while you shelter-in-place.
1 lb fresh-pick Dungeness crab meat
½ cup Pico de gallo
1 tsp Toasted crushed chili flakes
½ Avocado, diced
Pinch of salt
Cilantro for garnish
Place the Dungeness crab meat in a large bowl, add the juice of 1-1.5 limes, and stir to combine until the crab is well coated.
Then, add pico de gallo and toss to combine.
Add toasted crushed chili flakes depending how spicy you want your dish and toss.
Add avocado, and salt, and stir to combine.
Place in a bowl, top with cilantro, and serve with your favorite tortilla chips and lime wedges.
